Native Plants for Native Pollinators: Helping the Earth from Your Own Back Yard
All are welcome to this free talk by environmental consultant Shannon Phelan, certified by through the UMass Extension Program and the Native Plant Trust. Shannon will talk to us about how using native plants that attract and nourish pollinators enhance your yard's ecosystem. Planting and other activities for kids too! Our food pantry is open Saturdays from 9-11 AM, and Tuesdays from 1-3 PM, when it is staffed. Those who need it are invited to come for 2 bags of food every four weeks. Check with the office ((508) 752-7489, 1-4 Tuesday-Friday) if you are unable to come at those times and we will try and accommodate you.

Family Game Night!
We do church differently—and we play differently too! Join us for a fun-filled evening every THIRD Friday of the month, open to all ages. We’ll have a dedicated kids’ table, a selection of games for everyone, and a Group Game of the Month where winners get their photo featured in our Sunday worship slides. All are invited!
Ash Wednesday (weather pemitting)
Check social media/email for possible cancellation. Ash Wednesday marks the day Jesus turned towards Jerusalem, facing head-on into the Roman Empire and that terrible cross. With that commitment to Love, he ushers us an invitation as well. How are WE to respond to the hypocrisy and suffering of our time? How are WE to respond to our own mortality and the finitude of everything around us? These are not easy things....Join us at 7 PM to meditate upon these mysteries and to receive the ashes that mark you as Beloved.
Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting on Zoom is open to all, however only HPC members can vote. It’s a great way to learn about the inner workings of our church and hear about all the great work our committees are doing! Members, please plan to attend on Feb. 15 as we need a quorum - and your input!
Scouts' Pancake Breakfast fundraiser
Enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, sausage and bacon, juice and coffee/tea for just $10 per person, all prepared by the HPC scouts - then come upstairs for a scout-led service!
