Food Pantry Expansion

In February 2026, the Missions & Social Justice Committee opened a new food pantry space located in a former Sunday School classroom. The bright space is considerably roomier and more private than our previous closet space in Community Hall. We cleared and cleaned and set up new shelving units and closets, ready to receive donations! We are now collaborating with Heard Street School, with volunteers both from the school and from HPC staffing the space during our new hours on Saturday mornings, 9-11 AM. The pantry is open to the community, and all are welcome! Donations are always needed; you can find a suggested list here. We also welcome financial donations so we can shop for most needed items.
